Mt Fuji view from room and outside bath. Great breakfast menu. Free items are bonus. Hot springs are huge bonus.

Very Good
Nice onsen bath with view of Mt Fuji. Love the free ramen, yakult and ice cream.
The room is very small. After putting luggages, do not have much walking space.

Stay here. Make sure you get a Mt Fugi side of the hotel room. Mishima was a terrific surprise.
Location was great. My room (813) faced Mt Fugi and the shinkansen tacks. You could have a cold beer and look at the trains. The hot spring baths view on the top floor was superb with the town, Mt Fugi, shinkansens etc on view from the bath. Mishima is a great place to explore and keep walking to see after you see the gardens etc. I walked through many neighborhoods and saw many wonderful, shops, houses, parks, canals, local people. Keep walking....!
I was happy with everything there. The hotel is a little less updated than other Dormy Inns but great.
